Our Story
Fuad Khayyat is a lifelong Akron resident with a passion for cooking. He grew up in the kitchen, helping his Mom cook traditional Mediterranean foods for family and friends. In 2016, Fuad acquired Vine Valley and set out to offer the finest Mediterranean Specialty Foods in northeast Ohio.
Our Products
Our kitchen specializes in cooking homemade Mediterranean Foods, including Hummus, Tabouli, Kibbe, Falafel and Fatayer.
We also have a Mediterranean Grocery featuring an Olive Bar, Fresh Pita, Bulk Grains and Spices, Olive Oil and Specialty Grocery Items.
Catering
We also offer a full menu of Mediterranean Specialty Foods available for Catering. Special Orders require 72 hour advance notice.
